Contact Form
When you use the contact form, we collect the information you enter: name, email address, phone number, subject, and message.
This data is used solely to respond to your request. It is neither sold nor shared with third parties for commercial purposes, and is retained for as long as necessary to process your request, then deleted within a maximum period of 3 years.
The contact form is processed via Netlify Forms, a service provided by Netlify, Inc. (512 2nd Street, Fl 2, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States). Netlify acts as a data processor and handles submitted data in accordance with its privacy policy, available on netlify.com. The data is hosted on servers located in the United States, under appropriate safeguards within the meaning of the GDPR.

Interactive Map (Google Maps)
This site includes a map via Google Maps in the form of an iframe. When this map is loaded, Google may collect technical data (IP address, browser, approximate location) in accordance with Google’s privacy policy, available on policies.google.com. This map will only load if the user explicitly clicks the button provided for this purpose.
If you do not want Google to collect this data, do not click the button.
Cookies
This site does not set cookies for advertising or tracking purposes. The only technology likely to generate data is the Google Maps iframe mentioned above.

Data submitted through the contact form is accessible only to Gaëlle POIRION - Gaëlle Poirion E.I. It is not shared with any commercial third party.
Data Retention
Your data is kept for the time necessary to carry out the purposes described above, and for a maximum of 3 years from the last contact.

Data Protection Officer (DPO)
Under Article 37 of the GDPR, the appointment of a data protection officer is mandatory only in three cases: public authorities and bodies, organizations whose core activities involve regular and systematic monitoring of individuals on a large scale, and organizations processing special categories of data on a large scale.
Le Clos d’Audio is a small-scale guesthouse. Its activity does not involve systematic monitoring of individuals on a large scale and does not involve special categories of data within the meaning of the GDPR. A DPO is therefore not mandatory for this structure.
Gaëlle Poirion is directly responsible for personal data processing and remains the contact point for any request relating to data protection.

This policy may be updated from time to time, especially in the event of regulatory changes or changes to the tools used. The date of the last update is indicated at the top of this page.
