Booking Conditions

Reservations can be made via the website, by phone at 07 86 10 29 76, or by email at bonjour[@]clos-audio.com. A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of a deposit.

Deposit

A reservation becomes effective upon receipt of:

• a deposit corresponding to 30% of the total stay amount
• and/or written confirmation (email or online form)

Balance Payment

The remaining balance is to be paid on the morning of departure. Payments can be made by: cash, bank transfer, credit card, or cheque.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by the Guest

All cancellations must be notified in writing (email or letter).

The following conditions apply:

• Cancellation more than 10 days before arrival: full refund of the deposit
• Cancellation between 9 and 3 days before arrival: the deposit is retained
• Cancellation less than 3 days before arrival or no-show: the full stay may be charged

In the event of early departure, the full booked stay remains payable.

In cases of force majeure (serious illness, exceptional events, etc.), an amicable solution may be considered.

Cancellation by the Host

In the event of cancellation on our part, the deposit will be fully refunded as soon as possible.

House Rules

Arrival and Departure

• Arrival: between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM
• Departure: before 10:30 AM

Please inform us in case of late arrival or any specific constraints.

Pets

Assistance dogs are allowed. For pets, please contact us before your arrival.

Rates

Rates are displayed in euros, per room and per night, breakfast included. They are subject to change without notice. Tourist tax is not included in the room rate. In2026, the visitor’s tax is €0.85 per adult per night.
