Breakfast & Table d'hôtes
At Le Clos d'Audio, the morning gets off to a great start! Bread and pastries from Myriam & Vincent, honey from Daniel, and jams from Grandma Genny. With both savory and sweet options, breakfast is included in the room rate and sets the tone for the day ahead.
In the evening, I can cook for you. The table d'hôtes, by reservation only, is simple, flavourful cooking made with fresh, predominantly local produce, shared around a communal table.

Welcome to Gaëlle's home!
Since 2013, Gaëlle has welcomed guests to Le Clos d'Audio with the same commitment: an impeccable space, a warm presence, and a wealth of local knowledge to share. After graduating from hospitality school, she went on to work in Scotland, then returned to the family business as commercial manager before opening her own restaurant in Saint-Pons-de-Thomières. A five-year volunteer president of the "du Minervois au Caroux" tourism office, she loves her region. And hospitality is her calling.
