A hearty breakfast to kick off the day
Because a great day starts with a good meal, Gaëlle prepares a sweet and savoury breakfast every morning, served in the dining room or on the terrace depending on the season.
Homemade jams, fresh pastries, seasonal fruit, home-made yoghurt, local produce: a generous spread that will have you heading out to explore the region with a full stomach and a smile on your face.

Gaëlle's Table d'hôtes
Trained at a culinary school with a specialization in wine service, Gaëlle offers a table d'hôte dinner in the evenings, to be reserved 48 hours in advance. Her cuisine is authentic and rooted in the Haut-Languedoc region, paired with local appellation wines (additional charge).
The table d'hôtes is also a time for sharing, gathered around a communal table. It’s a chance to chat with fellow travelers and your hostess to get all the information you need for the next day!
